Our Education Law Qualification Program (ELQP) includes the statutes that inform education in Ontario from the federal level to the board and school levels with an emphasis on the importance of education law in the role of principal, including:

The importance of the Education Act and the Human Rights Code

The development and implementation of legislation including policies and regulations

The impact of labour relations and collective agreements

The importance of equity, inclusion
Understanding the rights of students and employees

An on-line approach is supported by:

OPC Protective Services resources
